The Institute has sprawling campus in a pollution free environment sorrounded by green hillocks at
the back drop. It hosts an array of buildings measuring more than 2 lacs Sft
buitup area which accommodates Class Rooms, AC Computer Labs,
Computer Centre, Training, Development & Placement Divn., Central Library, Mechanical
Workshops, Civil Workshops, Electrical Labs, Electronics Labs, Canteen,
Students Common Room, Administrative Office, Conference Hall and many more.
GIACR has already established a reputation as an Institution free from the evil of ragging.
This has become possible because of the atmosphere of comradery being cultivated
assiduously among students from various States like Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh,
Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Nagaland, Tripura, West Bengal and of course
from different Districts of the State. The strict vigil by our committed Principal and Staff
and deterrent punishments against probable violations made this a reality.
